Asif visited my disabled Mum in her home, he was very sensitive to her needs, explained the process to her beforehand and was very patient and caring during the wax removal. Mum was so happy afterwards and the process was not painful at. Being able to hear properly again has been life changing for her. Would definitely recommend Otowax.
